A Certified Self-Healing Coach, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Energy Healing Guide, Mindful Movement Qi gong/ Tai Chi Instructor with a Bachelors Degree in Alternative Medicine.
I have suffered from lupus and chronic fatigue for over 10 years, trying many practices in an effort to cope with the physical and mental symptoms of autoimmune. I was always tired, it felt like I was lugging around a pair of bricks wherever I went. I was almost always in pain, whether it be joint pain, relentless itching, or chest pains. I had insomnia, severe dehydration no matter how much water I drank, and serious panic attacks. I was depressed and anxious all the time.
With alot of time, effort, and research I have found tools that enabled me to transform my life and have more energy through out the day so I could get the things done I needed to get done. I want to share that with you in the hopes that it won't take you as long as I did.
Living with lupus, I've had to navigate my own path of healing and everyday wellness using the very methods I teach, including Mindful Movement (Tai Chi), Internal Energy Movement Meditations (IEMM), EFT, Body Talk, and more. This personal experience has honed my ability to intuitively and effectively apply these tools to not just survive but thrive, despite chronic illness. I can show you how to do the same.
